Our 5th week at London Fields Fitness

We have now done 5 sessions at London Fields Fitness and we are having lots of fun. Each week we get new people wanting to take part, and within 5 short weeks, students are moving and hitting like they have been doing this for a long time. All students are training really hard and we are very pleased with students progression. Here are some photos from last nights session:
