Meditations on Violence

There are many, many books out there which teach techniques and martial arts responses to violent and street attacks. Very few however, really demonstrate or show the realities of attempting to 'apply' a martial arts technique in confrontational situations. Meditations on Violence is a very important book for those who wish to understand that successfully surviving a violent street confrontation is just as much a state of mind than they are of your martial arts skills.
